Dynamics 365 Technical Lead with a team of five. I design CRM platforms end to end and connect them to the world through Azure: Function Apps, Logic Apps, App Service, Redis, and WhatsApp and SMS messaging.

I'm a Dynamics 365 Technical Lead with end-to-end implementation experience across Qatar and Pakistan. I run requirement workshops, shape the architecture, and still write the plugins, Custom APIs and Azure Functions myself.
I started as a full-stack .NET and React developer, which is why integration is my strongest ground. On the product side I deliver Customer Insights – Journeys, Sales, Marketing, Field Service and custom products built on Dataverse.

I worked on site in Doha with Qatari government-linked organisations such as Manateq, alongside colleagues from the Gulf, South Asia and Europe. I now lead delivery from Pakistan for clients in the Gulf, the UK and Europe.
